MillenniumCon 20

The game submission period for this year has ended. Thank you to all the GMs who have submitted games! GM's can pay their registration fees and sign-up for games now! The online registration period will continue until October 31.

How to Submit a Game at MillenniumCon

Please login to and click on 'Submit a New Event'. You will need to create an account if you don't have one.

New Accounts

We will continue to use the our new registration website for game submissions and registration. Please use your logon info from a previous year's convention. There is a link on the front page to reset your password if you have forgotten it. If you have not registered online before this year, you will need to create a new account.

Event Description

Be as specific as possible in the Description field. The more complete the description (including the scale of the figures for a miniatures game), the more likely you will get participants who really want to play your game. A brief mention of objectives is usually in order so that players can see what sort of game it is.

Experience Level

There are various experience levels that may be requested. Unless absolutely necessary, please use 'No Experience'.

Time Blocks

The Time Blocks (sessions) are for scheduling a single game. You may offer a particular game more than once. Simply choose the time block(s) you wish and unless there is a space issue, it is likely you will be given the slots you choose. If there is a time conflict, we will get back to you immediately for alternate slot(s) of your choosing. For single games that require more than 4 hours, indicate the additional time needed in the Staff Notes section. Those will be evaluated on a case by case basis.

The duration of each event is four hours (one session) except for the Friday Morning and Sunday Morning sessions which will last 3 hours.

Table Size

Our standard table is 8' x 5'. For smaller games please select a 6' X 18" table. Larger tables are extremely limited.

Comments, Questions and Requests

If you have any special needs, such as electrical connections, please include those in the Staff Notes.

If you have any questions or are having any difficulties in registering for a game, please email the Games Coordinator at

Notes for Game Masters

(aka. Game Hosts or Referees)

All games events must be approved by the GM Coordinator. The games will be assigned particular sessions and once a session is filled, no more games will be registered for that session. We will try to give you the preferred session. If it is already filled, you will be given a choice of other sessions by the GM Coordinator based on schedule and space.

Discounted Registration

Referees for a single game are given discounted registration fees:

We highly recommend that referees do a max of two games so they can participate in other scheduled games.
